Since 2022, IDS is also generating inbound calls via Social, Search & SMS. We specialize in generating Insurance, Pest Control, Home Services, and Legal inbounds. To generate these inbound calls, we use a selective, highly ambitious group of publishers and our Internal Social Media department.
By generating inbounds, we fuel call centers with consumers that are directly interested in the products and services offered. Additionally, we always openly share how the products and services will be promoted by our Affiliate Partners or internally.
Furthermore, we review the calls daily to steer them to the particular department, and sometimes forward them to the call center, so your concerns are directed in the right direction to accelerate and meet the call center KPIs and publisher RPCs.
